Why I built this
For 30 years as a Senior Managing Director on Wall Street, I made high-stakes decisions that could not be discussed openly, at least not yet.
Should we exit this position? Is this partner the right fit? Do we pivot the strategy before the board meeting?
You need a place to think out loud before the thinking becomes legible. But most systems create a trail. They force clarity too early and expose unfinished thoughts to the wrong audience.
I would close my office door and think through it alone, or avoid the work altogether until the window closed.
